API Health Network & APANO HEART Coalition Meet & Greet

APANO and the statewide API Health Network are co-hosting a coalition Meet & Greet Friday, Nov 13th at Silk Pho Van on 10th and NW Glisan in Portland OR.

Come meet the leaders of APANO's Health Equity and Reform Team (aka APANO HEART) and the health professionals of API Health Network for an afternoon reception and social.

APANO and API Health Network have worked closely over the last year, specifically around the May 2009 API Health Equity and Reform Conference at PCC SE Center.  APANO continues to grow grassroots organizing in our communities around health outcomes and disparities, and API Health Network is continuing to assess, strategize and network for API health services in Oregon.
